But before you go any further with your Canadian plans, check out the real estate cost in Vancouver - a civilized place with good bike paths, awesome parks, people who don't litter and a lot of aluminum-decorated facades of buildings.
Yaletown is a wonderful place but over a million dollars for a townhouse? Ouch!
